I don’t diagnose. I don’t analyze. I don’t sit across from you and ask, “How does that make you feel?” Instead, I help you feel what’s already there—safely, gently, and without overwhelm. Through somatic techniques like breathwork, movement, tapping, and nervous system regulation, we create real, lasting shifts in how you feel in your body.
