Somatic Experiencing (SE) is a body-centered approach to healing that helps you release the physical effects of stress and trauma stored in your body. As a somatic practitioner and integrative trauma coach, I guide you in tuning into your body’s sensations to help release tension, restore balance, and create a sense of safety in your nervous system.
SE works by helping you become more aware of how stress and trauma manifest physically—whether that’s through tightness, anxiety, or a sense of being overwhelmed. Through gentle, guided attention, we help unwind these patterns, allowing your body to process and heal in its own time. It’s not about “fixing” anything, but about creating space for your body to reconnect, relax, and restore itself.
This approach is particularly effective for those who feel stuck in the fight, flight, or freeze responses that often accompany trauma. SE provides a framework to help you gently shift out of these physiological states, supporting you in returning to a place of balance, resilience, and harmony.
In our sessions, I integrate Somatic Experiencing with yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness techniques to support your body’s healing process. These practices complement SE by enhancing your ability to regulate your nervous system, release tension, and stay connected to your body.
Whether you’re healing from past trauma or simply seeking greater ease and presence in your body, my goal is to create a safe, supportive space for you to reconnect, heal, and restore balance.
As an Integrative Trauma Practitioner, my focus is on supporting you in reconnecting with your body, releasing stored tension, and healing from past emotional and physical trauma. Using Somatic Experiencing, mindfulness, trauma-informed coaching, and yoga, I guide you in exploring how stress, emotional wounds, and past experiences show up in your body, helping you create space for healing and balance.

While I offer deep support for your healing journey, I am not a licensed therapist and do not treat severe mental health conditions like major depression, PTSD, or clinical anxiety. My approach is grounded in helping you reconnect with your body, build a sense of safety, and begin healing from the inside out. If you’re dealing with more complex mental health challenges, I encourage you to seek support from a licensed therapist who can offer specialized care.
