For a long time, I lived in a constant state of burnout—caught in a cycle of doing, pleasing, and pushing through. I didn’t realize I was running on empty or that my body was sending me signals of stress and overwhelm. This led me to make choices that weren’t aligned with my well-being, and I didn’t fully understand how trauma was showing up in my body until a major surgery forced me to slow down and reflect.
During that time, I started to see how disconnected I was from my own needs and how unsafe I often felt in my body. I began exploring practices like restorative yoga, somatic experiencing, and mindfulness. Through these tools, I learned that trauma doesn’t just live in the mind—it’s stored in the body too. Emotions, when we listen to them, are our messengers, guiding us toward what needs attention and care.
Healing is not linear, and it’s not about forcing change. It’s about learning to feel safe again—physically, emotionally, and mentally. It’s about making space for your body to let go and process what it’s been holding onto.
In my sessions, I use restorative yoga, somatic techniques, and mindfulness to help you relax deeply and reconnect with yourself. I meet you where you are, respecting your pace and your body’s wisdom. Together, we’ll create a space that feels supportive and grounded, helping you understand how trauma forms and how you can begin to heal from the inside out.
